The Golf Den is excited to have Steve Lawrence back for a second year as our in house golf proffessional.
Steve has over 9 years of golf instruction experience in addition to his 10 years of golf at the Professional Tour level. Steve is certified through the Canadian Federation of the World Golf Teachers Association. In addition to his instruction experience, Steve has over 15 years of professional coaching background with knowledge gained through the National Coaches Certification Program.
Not only does Steve possess the most current technical and practical knowledge of the full golf swing, the short game and putting, but with his experience gained while playing professional golf he is able to offer valuable insight on game and course management. This all makes Steve a true golf swing coach as well as an overall game improvement specialist.
Steve's teaching philosophy is based on the use of time-tested fundamentals, as well as matching a personal swing style to each student's physical characteristics and athletic background. He is well versed in a variety of swing methods including Traditional Two-Plane Swing, One-Plane Swing and Stack and Tilt Methods.
